A Hearts Prayer

Now I lay me down to sleep,
With thoughts of you I will keep,
If I should die before I wake,
Please know our love was no mistake,
Your heart is with me,
Your heart I will take.

Communication

Communication is a big word

Sometimes it's not the things you say

It's the things you observe.

Communication is just one's expression,

Expressions of wants, needs, and our satisfaction,

Our desires, fantasies, our attractions.

Communication can be difficult too

The things we don't say

Are the things we just do.

Sometimes I sit all alone and cry

They just don't understand 

And I don't know why.

Everything I do and say

Are misunderstood in every way.

With tears rolling down my face

I'm longing for a warm embrace

I wish this misunderstanding I could erase.

I know now the way I feel

I will speak my mind

I will keep it real.

I will never be afraid to say

All the thoughts that come my way.

Communication is the best

Communication takes away all the guess.

See Through My Eyes

Eyes are the windows to our souls,
you'll find our dreams and our goals.


Through the eyes you can see our hopes,
our love, our inspirations,
our needs, our wants,
our infatuations.


The depths of our eyes are as deep as an ocean,
full of feeling and emotions.


A sparkle or twinkle in ones eye
could mean a loved one is near by.


A hard stare or long glare
are signs of anger and we should beware.


Wet, glossy eyes swelled up with tears
are eyes of pain and eyes of fear.


Our eyes have lots to portray
with lots of signs and less to say


Just look into the eyes and you will see
all the feelings inside of me.
